As Principal Broker for Holland Realty and now Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson  Group, Patrick McTigue brings over 30 years of business and real estate experience to the team. Patrick originally joined Holland Realty as an agent in 1979. In 1981 Patrick worked in the California real estate market while continuing to be successful in private business, upon returning to Boise he rejoined Holland Realty again in 1991. In addition to being a successful Realtor, he also became Technology Manager for Holland Realty in 1998. Then in 2002, he stepped in to lead the Holland Realty team as the Designated Broker. His leadership of over 260 agents has brought great success to Holland Realty which included a banner year in 2005 and 2006 of over 1 billion dollars in real estate sales for the company. With the merger of Holland Realty and Tomlinson Group in 2008 Patrick is now the managing Broker for the new merged company Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group. When Patrick is not assisting clients or agents with their real estate needs you will find him sailing his sailboat in McCall or the Channel Islands off Santa Barbara.
